AKH News Update q2 and q3 2010

On September 1^st 2010, Pim van der Horst has joined AKH as managing director to strengthen the position of AKH. Previously he worked at KAS BANK as Chief Information Officer. The management team of AKH consists now of Ivonne Kirschbaum, Henri Ho-Meau-Long and Pim van der Horst. Pim will focus on the legacy Migration business of AKH. Next to that AKH offers services in the field of Maintenance, Matching and Masterclasses (4M’s). For the migration business AKH has partnerships with Microsoft and Software AG.

On Maintenance, AKH has delivered services on Adabas/Natural to two customers. AKH is now tin the process of offering outsourcing services to these customers. In this way AKH contributes to reducing IT costs. Allocating resources in an efficient way is one of the main challenges for AKH.Therefor AKH is continuously looking for people who want to take up this challenge. AKH needs people who "know what they don’t know". Specialist knowledge can be allocated to projects and activities on request (since this kind of knowledge is not needed full time).

Mr. Rolf Kooijman has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of AKH. Mr. Kooijman is the CFO and member of the Managing Board of KASBANK N.V.
